Terry and I started The Wisdom Table because we couldn’t find a community that truly supported the whole person behind the leadership role. We both have been executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and worn many hats—we know what it feels like to carry it all.

This vision grew from our individual experiences and journey: we created a place where experience, knowledge, and collaboration move wisdom into action in a supportive, committed environment. A place where you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
